Nashie Zim Appointed HSP Realty Brand Ambassador

Nashie Zim has been appointed HSP Realty’s new brand ambassador in a partnership aimed at bringing property investment closer to younger and more diverse audiences.

The partnership, under the theme “Building Legacy Together,” will include marketing campaigns, property showcases, digital content and public appearances.

The collaboration seeks to combine HSP Realty’s presence in the property sector with Nashie Zim’s influence in the creative industry to promote property ownership and investment across local, regional and international markets.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, HSP Realty Chief Executive Officer Leonita Mhishi said the appointment was part of a strategy to build a partnership that goes beyond traditional brand endorsement.

“The right partnerships, at the right time, are part of how organisations grow,” Mhishi said.

She said the company wanted an ambassador whose identity and journey aligned with HSP Realty’s values.

“For us, a Brand Ambassador cannot simply be a recognisable face. They must represent something.

“Nashie, what particularly attracted us to this partnership is that you have built your own identity. You have your own voice, your own audience, and your own journey and it coincides with our story.”

Mhishi said the partnership would also seek to change perceptions around property ownership, particularly among young people who may see land and property investment as unattainable.

“We want your audience to discover property ownership.

“We want young people who follow you to understand that owning land, investing in property, and creating generational wealth are achievable aspirations,” she said.

Nashie Zim will feature in property-related content, marketing campaigns and public engagements, including property showcases.

The activities will be aligned with HSP Realty’s “Burgundy Standard,” which the company describes as its benchmark for excellence, professionalism and integrity.

HSP Realty said Nashie’s audience reach could help connect the property sector with audiences that may not traditionally engage with real estate marketing.

Both parties described the partnership as a long-term commercial collaboration rather than a short-term endorsement, with the potential to create new opportunities while promoting property ownership and wealth creation.
