The St. Mary's community in Chitungwiza has played a crucial role in assisting police with the investigation into the brutal robbery and murder of local resident Peter Kampira.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of Community leader Lovejoy Chogugudza the community, several individuals suspected to be accomplices of the prime suspect, Vitalis, also known as "Anaconda", have been arrested.
The suspects in custody include Denzel Ajasi, who is believed to have played a key role in the crime. Additionally, Tari, the girlfriend of Anaconda, has also been arrested in connection with the case.

Police are appealing for information on Anaconda's whereabouts as the search for him continues. The community's bravery in working with law enforcement has been praised, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
"The community's resolve is commendable, and we're grateful for their support in bringing these suspects to justice," said Police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi.
