Unifreight Africa Limited Announces Sandim Francisco Non-Executive Director

 

 

 

Unifreight Africa Limited has officially notified its stakeholders of significant changes in its board composition.

The company announced the resignation of Hannah Joyce Crabbe, who served as a Non-Executive Director. The resignation took effect from May 29, 2025.

The company expressed appreciation for Crabbe’s contributions, stating, "The Board, Management and employees would like to express their profound gratitude and appreciation to Crabbe for her unique, commitment, and dedication to the Company during her time as a Director and wish her only the best in the present and future."

In addition to this, Unifreight Africa Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandim Francisco as a Non-Executive Director, effective from September 15, 2025. 

Francisco brings over 25 years of experience in transport, cross-border logistics, and mining. 

He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Eduardo and St George’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor registered with the Zambia Institute of Accountants.

The company highlighted Francisco’s expertise, noting, "With his extensive experience in transport and logistical solutions for the mining industry in DRC and Zambia, Francisco is expected to add significant value to the Board."

This appointment was made by order of the Board, with the official notice signed by Michael Sinimbo, Company Secretary, on September 15, 2025.
