Police are seeking for information that may lead to the arrest of a man who is responsible for a hit-and-run fatal road accident which occurred on January 22 along the Kadoma-Patchway Road.
The man, Evans Vengwa, NR 10-007291, was driving a Honda Fit vehicle and he hit six pedestrians who were walking along the road resulting in the death upon arrival at Kadoma Hospital, of two of them.
Subsequently, after the accident, the suspect ran away leaving the vehicle at the scene.
The suspect’s last known addresses are 2762 Munhumutapa Kadoma and Mudzimu Village, Nyamapanda. Anyone with information is requested to report at any nearest Police Station.
