Zimbabwean business mentor and strategist Master Coach Wesley Chideme has been appointed to lead Zimbabwe's participation in the SADC TripleM Group Properties–ARADA Property Investment Summit, where he will coordinate local engagement for a UAE-linked real estate initiative.
The appointment was announced by TripleM Group Properties Ltd, led by founder Dr (Hon) Masithokoze Moyo, with strategic coordination by Amro Mansour. According to the organisers, the leadership team has been assembled to drive stakeholder engagement, investment mobilisation and strategic partnerships ahead of the regional summit scheduled for September 2026.
Chideme will serve as the Zimbabwe representative, connecting local investors with ARADA, a UAE-based real estate developer founded in 2017. According to the organisers, ARADA is backed by investors including HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal through KBW Investments and HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi through Basma Group.
The organisers said ARADA has developments across the UAE and other international markets, while TripleM Group serves as its strategic partner in the United Kingdom. Chideme will oversee the Zimbabwe portfolio and facilitate access to the company's property investment opportunities.
Speaking about his appointment, Chideme said he would be responsible for marketing the properties and representing the portfolio in Zimbabwe.
"I will be responsible for selling properties. Every sale for those companies goes through me. In this post, I'll be the representative of the Sheikh in Zimbabwe," he said.

The summit's leadership team also includes Ambassador Dr Iris Zemza Nozizwe Mhlanga, Ambassador Lucinda Afzal and Ambassador Sibonokuhle Buhlungu, who, according to the organisers, will contribute expertise in diplomacy, humanitarian work, international relations and community development.
Chideme said one of the initiative's proposed social responsibility programmes would see property investments contribute towards housing for vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe.
"For every property bought in Dubai, we are going to build a house for the underprivileged in Zimbabwe. That is one of the key takeaways from the summit that we are going to hold in September 2026," he said.
As part of preparations, Chideme said he is expected to travel to Dubai in early August 2026 to engage with project developers and finalise operational frameworks ahead of the summit.
He said the UAE property market offers Zimbabwean investors flexible payment options, allowing buyers to secure properties with deposits before settling the balance through instalments.
The SADC TripleM Group Properties–ARADA Property Investment Summit is expected to bring together investors, business leaders and development stakeholders to explore opportunities for cross-border investment, sustainable urban development and private sector-led economic growth in the region.
