Tongai Muzenda has died in a road crash in Harare.
Muzenda is reported to have died on the spot after hitting an electricity pole around 10 pm last night in Borrowdale.
Police spokesperson Ass Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the development but did not give further details.
Muzenda was Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe general manager from 2019 up to the time of his death.
The son of late Vice President Simon Muzenda was at one time a Gutu West Member of Parliament.
Muzenda briefly served as Deputy Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare from 2013 to 2014.
