Dairibord Approves Delisting from ZSE, Targets VFEX Listing

Dairibord Holdings Limited has approved plans to voluntarily delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and immediately seek a listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, marking a significant shift for one of Zimbabwe's largest food and beverage manufacturers.

In a cautionary statement issued on June 25, 2026, the company's board said it had resolved to move its shares from the ZSE to the US dollar-denominated VFEX.

"The Board of Directors of Dairibord Holdings Limited (the 'Company') wishes to advise shareholders and the investing public that the Board has approved the voluntary delisting of the Company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange ('ZSE'), immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange," the company said.

The company said details of the proposed transaction would be communicated to shareholders through a circular that is currently being finalised.

"Further details regarding the transaction will be provided in a Circular to Shareholders, which is currently being finalised and will be issued in due course," Dairibord said.

The announcement places Dairibord among a growing number of companies that have either migrated to or expressed interest in the VFEX, which trades exclusively in United States dollars and offers a range of incentives aimed at attracting investors and issuers.

While the transaction is yet to be completed, the company warned that the development could influence the market value of its shares.

"The transaction, if successfully implemented, may have a material effect on the market price of the Company's shares. Accordingly, shareholders and members of the investing public are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares," the company said.

The board said further updates would be provided as the process progresses and regulatory requirements are met.

"Further announcements will be made in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements as and when there are material developments relating to the transaction," the statement said.
