Purebond Limited has reduced its shareholding in Kavango Resources Plc, with its voting rights falling to 55.83 percent from 57.87 percent following a change in the breakdown of voting rights.

According to a major holdings notification filed by Kavango Resources Plc, the threshold change was reached on 17 June 2026, with the company being notified on the same day.

The filing states that the voting rights are held through Solai Holdings Limited, with Purebond Limited remaining the controlled undertaking holding the stake. It further notes that Purebond Limited and related parties jointly hold 56.86 percent of the voting rights in Kavango Resources Plc.

The notification was completed in London under the standard form for reporting major holdings in an issuer.
