FBC Holdings Limited Declares US$0.28 Interim Dividend

 

FBC Holdings Limited has declared an interim dividend for its shareholders as the company continues to demonstrate consistent value creation. The announcement, released by Group Company Secretary Tichaona Mabeza, outlines the dividend amount, payment schedule, and key procedures for investors.

The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of US$0.28 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

According to the notice: “Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of FBC Holdings Limited declared an interim dividend of US$0.28 cents per share on 18 September 2025.”

The dividend will be payable in US dollars, or the equivalent Zimbabwe dollar amount at the prevailing exchange rate on the payment date.
