A seven-year-old learner, Anotida Makoto, has died after an altercation with another seven-year-old learner at Zengenene Primary School in Murewa.
The incident occurred on October 23, 2026, according to the Zimbabwe Republic Police.
Police said Makoto reportedly collapsed and lost consciousness following the altercation.
He was taken to St Paul’s Musami Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
