Shadreck Nyahwa Still on Dynamos’ Books Amid Exit Rumours

Dynamos captain and midfielder Shadreck Nyahwa remains on the club’s books despite growing speculation that he has parted ways with the Harare giants.

Reports circulating on social media have suggested that Nyahwa’s time with the Glamour Boys could be over following allegations of misconduct involving fellow player Enasio Perrezo.

Nyahwa was reportedly involved in an altercation with Perrezo at the club’s Showgrounds training ground on May 7, 2026.

He was subsequently reported to have been charged with misconduct under Section 4 of Statutory Instrument 15 of 2006, which covers conduct or omissions inconsistent with the express or implied conditions of an employment contract.

However, a source close to the player has dismissed claims that Nyahwa has left Dynamos, describing the reports circulating on social media as false.

“They are all lies,” the source said.

Despite the denial, Nyahwa’s continued absence from training sessions has fuelled uncertainty over his future at the club.

Dynamos coach Aristia Cioaba previously acknowledged that the captain had not been attending training, although he said he was unaware of the reasons behind his absence.

“Our captain is not coming to training. I think there is a problem. I don’t know what the problem is,” Cioaba said.

Nyahwa’s absence has sparked concern among Dynamos supporters, many of whom are seeking clarity on the circumstances surrounding the captain’s apparent sidelining.

His situation has become a talking point among fans, with speculation continuing over whether the reported disciplinary issues have affected his standing within the squad.

For now, claims that Nyahwa has parted ways with Dynamos remain unconfirmed, while a source close to the midfielder insists that reports of his departure are false.
