Seed Co International has appointed Lesley Bradley as an independent non-executive director, effective September 21, 2026, subject to ratification at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.
Bradley brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in banking and financial services across Southern Africa.
She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Agora Microfinance Botswana and previously held senior positions at Absa Bank Botswana, including Corporate Director and Head of Client Coverage, as well as Head of Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement.
Earlier in her career, Bradley held various product and coverage roles at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, including Head of Cash Management and Financial Institutions.

According to the company, Bradley’s appointment is expected to strengthen the board’s experience in banking, business development and leadership.
“The Board warmly welcomes Ms Lesley Bradley, who has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 September 2026, subject to ratification at the next Annual General Meeting,” the company said in a notice.
“The Board looks forward to benefiting from her extensive banking, business development and leadership experience.”
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Botswana and has completed leadership programmes at Stellenbosch University and Duke University.
