The Zimbabwe Real Estate and Construction Summit will host the second edition of the Zimbabwe Real Estate Public Lecture on Friday and Saturday, July 10 and 11, 2026, at Heritage Village, corner Kirkman and Harare Drive.
The free public symposium will run from 10am to 1pm on both days and is aimed at helping residents navigate Zimbabwe’s property market more safely.

Organisers say the lecture will focus on securing legitimate stands, avoiding corruption, preventing double allocations and understanding legal processes in property transactions.
The event comes at a time when many home seekers continue to face risks linked to land scams, illegal settlements, disputed allocations and demolitions.
