The recognition places Chideme among young executives acknowledged for leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation in their respective industries, particularly within tourism and business services.
The Under 40 CEOs platform highlights young African leaders under the age of 40 who are driving growth across sectors including finance, tourism, technology and development.
Speaking after the recognition, Chideme said the award reflects years of resilience, discipline and belief in entrepreneurship despite challenges facing young business owners.
“To every aspiring entrepreneur, dream boldly and act courageously. The path to success is not reserved for the most talented or the most connected—it belongs to those who refuse to give up when challenges arise,” he said.
He added that setbacks are part of the journey rather than a reason to give up.

Devine International Travel, which he leads, operates in the tourism and travel sector, offering travel facilitation and related services to clients in Zimbabwe and beyond.
