Ballers Football Agency has dismissed reports circulating on social media claiming that Triangle Football Club head coach Lloyd Chitembwe has resigned from his position.

Chitembwe joined Triangle FC earlier this year after being appointed head coach following the departure of Thomas Ruzive.

In the statement, the agency said Chitembwe remains fully committed to the club despite recent disappointing results that sparked speculation about his future.

“We confirm, on the record, that Mr. Chitembwe has not resigned, has not stepped down, and has not communicated to the Club or to this Agency any intention to vacate his position,” the statement read. “Any reports to the contrary are categorically inaccurate.”

The agency acknowledged that the club’s recent fixture result had disappointed supporters and stakeholders but stressed that the coach remains focused on fulfilling his contractual responsibilities and helping the club achieve its long-term objectives.

"Coach Chitembwe remains fully committed to his contractual responsibilities, the strategic objectives of Triangle Football Club, and the long-term development of the playing squad and technical structures,” the statement added.

Ballers Football Agency also urged the media and football community to rely on verified information from official club channels when reporting on matters concerning the coach.

The statement further revealed that Chitembwe continues to work closely with the club leadership in preparation for upcoming matches and commitments.
