A Mbare man, Shawn Banda, 24, who stabbed another twice on the back and once on the right hand and ran away, has been nabbed.
Banda appeared before magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts charged with assault.
The court was informed, through prosecutor Cecilia Mashingaidze, that on June 12, 2023, at corner Abercon and Cameroon streets in Harare, the complainant and Banda, had a misunderstanding.
Banda produced a knife and stabbed the complainant twice on the back and once on the right hand and ran away.
The complainant sustained injuries and is still receiving treatment and the medical affidavit is still to be produced.
Banda, was ordered to return to court on July 10.
