David Majada, 49, of Vera Village, Seke, appeared before magistrate Standford Mambanje at the Harare Magistrates' Courts accused of robbery.

Majada and his accomplices went to the offices where they force-opened locked doors using iron bars, activating the alarm in the process which alerted the control room.
The suspects went to the cash office where they forced open a combination safe and retrieved safe keys which they used to open a Chubb safe and stole US$100 425.
A Safeguard reaction team arrived at the scene and Majada and his accomplices manhandled one of the crew members.
One of the guards who had escaped quickly notified their superiors who deployed a second reaction team, which came armed with pistols and a shootout ensued.
One of Majada’s accomplices, Jemwa was shot dead at the scene and US$35 000 was recovered from the satchel bag he was carrying on his back.
Majada and his accomplices shot one of the security guards on the back.
Mambanje denied Majada bail, advising him to apply at the High Court.
Majada will appear in court on June 27.
