Four people were killed while 13 others were injured in a head-on collision involving a bus and a private vehicle along the Banket-Mazvikadei Road late on Sunday.
All the deceased were in the private vehicle, which was carrying 17 people.

The bus was carrying Muriel Mine workers.
Police spokesperson Assistant commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the tragic incident.
In a separate incident, one person was killed in Banket on the same day when a vehicle they he travelling in overturned and rolled several times along the Harare–Chirundu highway.
