A 42-year-old Epworth man has appeared before the Harare Magistrates’ Court facing armed robbery charges linked to a housebreaking incident in the upmarket Grange suburb.

Musarurwa Chikwari is accused of acting in concert with accomplices who are still at large when they allegedly stormed a house on June 26, 2025, armed with a pistol and wearing balaclavas.

The court heard that the suspects gained entry through an unlocked kitchen door before manhandling the occupants and demanding cash.
