High Court quashes conviction in US$181 000 inheritance wrangale

The High Court of Zimbabwe has overturned the conviction of Gregory Graham Hall in a case involving allegations of forging his late mother’s will.

In a judgment delivered at the High Court in Harare under Case No. HCHCR6296/25, Honourable Mr Justice Kwenda and Honourable Mr Justice Foroma allowed Hall’s appeal against both conviction and sentence.

The appeal was heard by the High Court in Harare on 3 February 2026 and the court ordered that the appeal be allowed and that the appellant’s conviction be quashed.
