
Premier Soccer League giants, Dynamos FC, have been fined US$4,500 for disorderly conduct by the league's disciplinary committee, following the delay of the Chibuku Super Cup final against Triangle United FC on November 29, 2025, at Gibbo Stadium.
The incident involved behavior from the club that caused a disruption and postponed the scheduled kick-off of Zimbabwe's most prestigious knockout competition. Dynamos, who were the defending champions entering the match, pleaded guilty to the charge brought against them.
“The club and its technical officials were charged with disorderly conduct that resulted in a delay to the kick-off of their Chibuku Super Cup fixture against Triangle United FC played on 29 November 2025 at Gibbo Stadium,” the PSL confirmed in a statement released yesterday.

After careful consideration of the submissions made during the hearing, the Disciplinary Committee imposed a hefty fine on the Harare-based club. "The club pleaded guilty to the charge. After considering the submissions, the Disciplinary Committee fined Dynamos FC a sum of $4500," the statement added.
In addition to the club fine, members of the technical department, including head coach Kelvin Kaindu, also faced individual sanctions. The officials were each fined US$300 for their direct involvement in the disorderly conduct.
Despite the pre-match drama, the final proceeded, with Dynamos ultimately securing the trophy in a narrow 1-0 victory over the home side, Triangle United, to claim a historic third consecutive title.
