
The Zimbabwe Republic Police has arrested two more suspects in connection with the murder of Ruwa businessman, Joseph Mutangadura, who was killed on 17 August 2025.
Police identified the latest suspects as Tariro Mutsamanye ,34, and Dexter Mugaro ,31. Their arrest brings the total number of people now in custody over the case to five.
In a brief statement, police said investigations are still underway and further details will be released as the case progresses.

Mutangadura, 67, was a well-known businessman in Ruwa and his death sparked concern in the local community. Police are yet to provide more information on the motive and individual roles of the suspects.
ZRP has urged anyone with additional information to contact their nearest police station.
