A 22 year old man has been arraigned before the court accused of masturbating in front of a neighbour's wife.
Leon Matawire, appeared at the Harare Magistrate's Courts facing public indecency allegations.
The State, through prosecutor Polite Chikiwa told the court that on October 16, 2025, the complainant was at home together with her four-year old son whilst she was preparing for lunch.
The accused allegedly came and knocked at the door and the complainant attended him.

He then told the complainant that she was being called by his wife at his home.
The complainant reportedly switched off her stove to go out after the accused had pretended to go away.
It is alleged that as the complainant was walking away, she then bumped into the accused by the corner with his pair of shorts lowered to his thigh level whilst exposing his private part masturbating in her full view.
The court heard that the complainant then took her child and went to other neighbours to alert them and also told her husband.
By the time the complainant returned with neighbours, the accused had gotten away.
He will appear in court on October 24, 2025.
