The Tshidixwa suburb in Beitbridge is the focus of social media narratives after Farai Prosper Longwe—universally known as “Mr. Grocery”—allegedly shot dead his wife, Nyasha, 32, before turning the gun on himself.
The 34-year-old entrepreneur, owner of a string of grocery stores around Beitbridge, reportedly sealed himself in a bedroom with Nyasha late Wednesday night.

- In Gweru, last month, a couple—Nigel Mukoki and Definite Musomekwa—were found in separate but connected deaths in what is now suspected to have been a murder-suicide.
