The Police have launched a manhunt for two teenagers and an unknown suspect accused of murdering a-32-year-old man on Monday in a dispute over stray cattle in Mberengwa, Midlands.
Police spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko confirmed the incident.
Insp Mahoko said the deceased, Shadrack Ndlovu, attempted to rescue his brother from the suspects, Jonathan Sibanda,19, Albert Dube,19, and another unknown man.
The suspects had accused the brother of deliberately letting his cattle stray on the road, leading to a misunderstanding and a violent attack.
Ndlovu was attacked with stones, empty beer bottles, and stabbed with a knife all over his body.
He died on the way to the hospital. The suspects fled the scene, leaving Ndlovu lying in a pool of blood.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation.
