Zimbabwe Republic Police have arrested a 34-year-old man after he was found in possession of counterfeit United States dollar notes at a school in Kubatana, Epworth.
Police identified the suspect as Admire Gweshegweshe, who was apprehended after being found with fake US$20 notes amounting to US$400. All the notes were bearing the same serial number: PH73531173C.

ZRP said Gweshegweshe is facing charges of possession of articles for criminal use.
Police have warned members of the public and business operators to remain vigilant and verify cash transactions to avoid falling victim to counterfeit currency syndicates.
