Ndiraya has etched his name into Zimbabwean football history by becoming the first local coach to win two league titles in a row with two different clubs. His remarkable feat saw him guide Simba Bhora to the 2024 championship, followed by a debut title win with Scottland in 2025, a feat last achieved by Black Rhinos in 1984.

Despite parting ways with Scottland, Ndiraya remains upbeat about his future, revealing that he is in talks with several clubs. "I am confident that I will soon ink a deal that will take my career to the next level," he said.

Ndiraya's coaching prowess is well-documented in Zimbabwean football circles. He previously guided Ngezi Platinum Stars to a second-place finish with 15 points left to play in 2018 and led Dynamos to a third-place finish in 2022.
